Global Gaming Women's Mentorship Program is a unique experience designed to build a sense of community and global connection, increase awareness for women in gaming, and facilitate personal and professional growth. Less experienced individuals – mentees – will be paired with more experienced peers – mentors – connecting individuals and enhancing confidence through these relationships.
Through near-peer mentorship, we match mentees with mentors who are a few steps ahead in their career journeys—ensuring relevant advice, relatable experiences, and meaningful connections.
Experience the satisfaction of giving back while gaining fresh perspectives from those you mentor or learn from.
It's an opportunity to learn about yourself and areas you may still need to develop.
Deeper appreciation for the value you have to offer.
Mentoring gives you the opportunity to practice taking your internal knowledge and verbally communicating it.
Supporting others to make effective decisions and take action are important principles in leadership.
The longer-term result of a great short term mentor-mentee match is often a lasting friendship.
Sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both. Complete your profile to help us understand your needs and experiences.

We'll find the most suitable mentor or mentee for you, based on your personal and professional goals. You'll receive a match proposal, and once both parties agree, your mentorship begins.

Over three months, you'll have at least four scheduled meetings—two in the first month and one per month afterwards. This structured approach ensures meaningful progress and strong relationships.

We make near-peer mentor matches to enable transformational growth.

“At the end of the call, she paused and said, 'Thank you. This is exactly what I needed to hear today.' Moments like that remind me why mentoring matters - sometimes, all it takes is someone else believing in you to help you reconnect with your own strength.”Alex Rabensteiner | Mentor & Mentee
Marketing Director | IGT’s EMEA Gaming Division

“I signed up to be a mentee only, with my main goal to become a better mentor. I really enjoyed talking to people in different fields and finding the common ground we share.” Anna Lesko | MenteeDirector of Hotel Operations | Hollywood Casino, Charles Town Races

“It is so comforting to understand that we all face the same challenges, insecurities, and vulnerabilities, whether you live on the Isle of Man, in the mountains of Idaho, or Las Vegas” Laura Olson-Reyes | MentorChief Marketing Officer | BMM Innovation Group, Las Vegas

"There was a conversation where we flipped the question from “How do I fit into this space?” to “How can I reshape the space to reflect women like me?” That mindset shift became a turning point for how I approach leadership — not as someone trying to get a seat at the table, but as someone building new tables."Ashley Kougher | MenteeMarketing Strategist and Data Intelligence Consultant

“She empowered me to take charge in certain situations where I would have been hesitant to do so in the past. After each of our mentorship sessions, I felt confident that I could tackle any challenge and/or situation that came my way.” Alexis Hall | MenteeSales Account Manager | Aristocrat Gaming

“Mentoring has fueled my curiosity, it's pushed me to ask deeper questions, listen more intentionally, and stay open to new perspectives. Every conversation is a reminder that learning goes both ways. ” April Christopher | MentorVP of Business Operations | Everi

“I'm very thankful to participate in this program as a mentee. My mentor is an incredible woman and professional, and I'm very lucky to have developed a friendship.” Angie Gheller | MenteeDigital Marketing | Sports & Entertainment Producer | Media Directorp

This program created a space for me to be myself, ask the hard questions, and move forward purposefully. You’ll come out of it more confident, more focused, and with an increased sense of alignment with who you are becoming. Karla Miranda | MenteeAdministrative Assistant | Cache Creek Casino Resort
